Based on two true stories of two beautiful women that will deeply touch you; an ex-student of mine who has almost never liked or shared my post, shared one of the videos and wrote, “Damnnn … almost cry while watching it.” I myself was deeply moved when watching these two videos. More often than not, we jump to conclusion when we experience something for the first time or something which we are initially beyond our comprehension.
If our minds are close, deep-seated animosity may surfaces for some. Openness of the mind to new things and perspectives, on the other hand, eventually breed understanding and respect. These two videos are great reminder to always choose understanding over judging another; when we choose to understand others, our tendencies to judge them diminish. Our job is to love people, not to judge them.
