@ Sher, I agree with you that the ‘right’ time is when you have made up your mind to let go and that is the reason why I mentioned in the comment above that the greatest challenge is deciding to decide. But once we decided, then we shouldn’t look back … good or bad. We can only learn from the consequences of the decisions made and continue to move on from there.

I guess the right time is when you have made up your mind to let go. Once you’ve made it, don’t look back. Decisions maybe right or wrong.. but never look back. No regrets. Live life that way! And one will be happy!

@ Shu Fen, there is always an element of uncertainty in things and when is it time to let go and move on? That I cannot answer for you. My question for you is, “when are you willing to let go and to move on?”

Since there is always an element of uncertainty with making decision, there is always doubt if we are making the ‘right’ decision. We just have to learn to have faith and trust ourselves. In time when the decision makes is truly wrong, we have to learn to move on and moving on doesn’t mean sticking indefinitely to the decision; we may have to make new decision. This is probably the reason why many dislike making decision as making decision means moving out of comfort zone at most time.

Indeed, there is no need to be too hasty in making decision and it is better to think through things before making decision. The greatest challenge is deciding to decide.

hmm not yet applicable to me …

but i have thought about it so much before…

everything i this world is so uncertain, how do u know when it is time to let go and move on?

the difficulty in making a decision is perhaps not the hardest…the most difficult part comes when you have to stick to it and not doubt yourself.

but..what if your decision WAS TRULY WRONG?

this little puzzle is quite troubling…

what i say is…

spend as much time as you need on deciding.

spend as much time as you need questioning yourself.

you cannot force yourself to move on, if you do you might regret it forever.

what comes will come. in the end it is your life, don’t be too intent on moving on or sticking around.

whatever decisions you make will be made.
