@ Mr. Javo, thank you for the additional tips. I think accepting oneself is very important; how very often have we heard, "in order for others to love us, we must love ourselves first." And you certainly make sense when you said, "happiness is only inside you." Happiness is something within everyone and one only has to look inside oneself. The question is not 'what is happiness' but 'what happiness means to me?'

Hi everyone, I would like to share this tips of mine with you:

40. “We are eternal, all this pain is an illusion” - Tool

41. Self Knowledge. Know yourself, your abilities, weaknesses, skills to develop, your needs.

42. Break your own limits. Remember that you don't have limits, everything is absolutely possible. The very worst mistake you can ever do in the life, is to think that you are not capable of.

43. Don't be afraid to loneliness. Enjoy either of yourself or with others (sharing).

44. Act based on mutual benefits, WIN-WIN situations.

45. Be independent and act interdependently.

46. Be proactive.

47. Don't look for approval.

48. Accept yourself as you are.

49. Don't look for “someone” who makes you happy. Happiness is only inside you, be willing of sharing your happiness with others.

50. Study and work the hardest. Love what you do, be creative and innovative.

51. Have good relationships, discard everything that makes you unhappy, angry, etc....

52. You don't need to abuse of your power. You maximum power resides in the love to yourself.

53. The human being who is happy with itself, avoid to involve with those who are not open to happiness, although it's willing to inspire and educate those who really aim that state.

I hope you like them :)

Hi Brad, thanks for sharing the THANKs principle. It is certainly a principle that many other and even I can apply. Personally how I curb fear is by facing fear in its face. The things which I fear doing I do more and as I do more, I found that I fear lesser and lesser. For example, I was once fearful of giving presentations or speeches. I just do more presentations and speeches until the point I am enjoying doing that now.

From all of the personal work I have done it has boiled down to implementing the THANKs principles on a daily basis. Fear is so cunning and it is always looking for a door to come in and feed on. It is like a parasite that just wants to eat a good meal. I have found that what all of us as humans really are looking for is a way to feel connected. Fear so often wants to make us terminally unique and create many excuses as to why we can legitimize our feelings of superiority or inferiority and stay separated. As well, it tells us we may lose something we feel we need to hold onto or not get something we believe we have to have or are entitled to. One thing is for sure, the more I live in my fear, the more fear I keep producing. It will always create distorted projections about the future. The THANKs princples(Trustworthiness, Honesty, Authenticity, Neutrality, Kindness, and Surrender) truly are the antidote to overcoming fear based thought patterns. And, it is not easy. I have had to work with mentors, sponsors, spiritual teachers and people much wiser then myself over the course of many years in order to make some in roads to effectively purge out the fear that dwells within. Little by little I find my self in less fear and connected to my AUTHENTICITY. At this core place dwells compassion, deep empathy, tolerance of others, peace of mind and love in my heart. FDR said in his inaugural address that there is nothing to fear but fear itself. What I have come to learn in my own personal experience is that \"There is nothing to fear\".

A great podcast that will blow you away is;
